Description:

Laureate Institute for Brain Research (LIBR) is the build-out of the 3rd and 4th floors as well as a 1st floor lobby in an existing building shell. The space consists of patient rooms, therapy rooms, classrooms and offices.

Included in the same contract is the Wells Kitchen remodel. This renovation includes new finishes throughout the space. This project received the Associated Builders and Contractors award for Excellence in Construction.
